Couvelli offers FREE delivery to over 190 countries worldwide.
What are your shipping and processing times?
All orders are fulfilled & shipped within 1-2 business days of receiving them.

United States: 4-7 business days
Canada: 5-8 business days
Europe & UK: 5-8 business days
Oceania: 5-8 business days
Latin America: 5-8 business days
Rest of World: 6-10 business days
Can I track my order?
All orders come with a tracking code and are available for tracking. Orders can be tracked via the tracking email or tracking button on the homepage.
Can I cancel my order before it arrives?
We can cancel orders that have not been dispatched yet, although once the package leaves us we are unable to cancel/refund orders while there is an active tracking number available.
Can I change my shipping address after my order has been placed?
If your order has not been dispatched from our store, we can update the address for you. But if your order has already been dispatched, unfortunately, we are unable to redirect your purchase, as it is no longer within our control.
There is an incorrect/ missing/ defective item in my order, what should I do?
We apologize for any inconvenience or errors. Please contact our customer care team at info@couvelli.com 24/7 with sufficient information of photos/videos of the product and we will get back to you asap.
I have not received my order, what should I do?
If you have waited the maximum delivery time since receiving your ‘shipment confirmation’ and still have not received your purchase, please email us: info@couvelli.com for customer support 24/7.
Unexpected Delays
In some instances, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping times stated above. Most of these delays are caused by international customs processing that we cannot control. Please contact us if your package is taking too long to arrive and we will work with you to resolve any situation.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. We kindly ask for your patience if your package is delayed as we cannot control this.
